About 4th.com

Fourth Corner Systems was founded in 1986 as a part-time business providing customized software and consulting services. In the late 1980s FCS branched out into hardware sales in response to customer requests for a "single source" solution. In 1995 the commercial activities of FCS ceased so that its founder, Scott Courtney, could spend more time writing software and pushing the technological envelope and less time worrying about tax forms, invoices, proposals, and quotations. Now FCS is a source of free technical information and utility software, existing only for your benefit and for the professional amusement of its author.

About the Owner

Scott Courtney, owner of Fourth Corner Systems, has a BS in Electrical Engineering and a BS in Computer Engineering, both from the University of Missouri.

We support free speech online. No one but a pervert is in favor of showing pornography to kids, but there are already laws on the books to prevent that -- all we need to do is to enforce them. Children on the Internet should be supervised by the best censor of all: their own parents.. Isn't spending time with your children part of what "family values" is all about? By the way, all of the material on this site is rated "G". I'm exercising my right to free speech by choosing to provide content that is suitable for the whole family.
